Sangam — Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the Sangam app subscription, operated by Kirana Business Apps, a brand of LNPK Business Private Limited. By subscribing to Sangam, you agree to this Policy.

1. The Subscription

  • Sangam is a paid app with a single subscription plan: ₹199 per month
  • The subscription auto-renews monthly via UPI AutoPay until you cancel
  • There is no free tier and no in-app purchases beyond the monthly plan

2. How to Cancel

  • Cancel from inside your UPI AutoPay app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) any time
  • Or email support@kiranaapps.com with "Cancel Sangam" in the subject line
  • Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Your wallpaper access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a technical issue
  • Technical failure where the subscription was charged but access was not activated
  • Post-cancellation debit — if AutoPay was charged after a valid cancellation

All refund claims are subject to verification with our payment partner Razorpay and the underlying UPI app.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellation after the wallpaper subscription was already used during the month
  • Change of mind, accidental subscriptions, or no-longer-needed access
  • Partially used months (no pro-rated refunds)
  • Issues outside our control (device errors, internet issues, etc.)

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • Exact timelines depend on your bank or UPI provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is processed

6. Invoices and Disputes

  • Invoices can be requested at support@kiranaapps.com within 7 days of the transaction
  • Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we will work to resolve the issue directly
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your Sangam access

7. Taxation

The ₹199 monthly fee is inclusive of applicable Indian GST.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

9. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
