Sangam — Delete Account
You can delete your Sangam subscription account and remove all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly how.
What "delete account" means for Sangam
Sangam itself does not require an account to browse or set wallpapers — only the ₹199/month premium subscription is linked to an account (your phone number, optional email, and subscription status). Deleting your account removes this subscription record.
How to delete your Sangam account
Option 1 — from inside the App
- Open Sangam on your phone
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm by entering your phone number and tapping Delete
Option 2 — by email
Email support@kiranaapps.com from the phone number / email registered with your account, with the subject "Delete Sangam Account". We will verify and process your deletion request within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (phone number, email)
- Subscription history and AutoPay link
- Any account-level preferences synced to our servers
What stays on your device
Wallpapers you have already downloaded to your phone are stored locally. They will remain on your device until you uninstall the App or clear them yourself.
What we may retain
- Anonymised aggregate analytics (cannot be linked back to you)
- Transaction records that we are legally required to retain for tax purposes
Cancel your subscription first
If you only want to stop being charged but keep your wallpapers, cancel your AutoPay mandate from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) without deleting the account. Refer to our Refund Policy.
