Sangam ("the App") is published by Kirana Business Apps, a brand of LNPK Business Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what little data the App touches and how we handle it.

1. About Sangam

Sangam is a Hindu God wallpaper app for Indian devotees. It offers a curated library of Ultra-HD wallpapers across every major deity, with daily new drops and special festival collections, designed to turn your phone screen into a small temple.

2. What we do not collect

No name, phone number, email, or any personally identifiable information at install time
No contacts, SMS, photos, location, or microphone access
No call records, no payment data, no tracking of your other apps
No third-party advertising SDKs — Sangam shows no ads

3. What we do collect

3.1 Subscription information

If you subscribe to the ₹199/month premium plan, the subscription is processed via UPI AutoPay (through Razorpay). We receive only the subscription confirmation — we do not store or process your card details, UPI PIN, or bank account information. If you choose to create an account at subscription time, we collect your phone number for authentication and (optionally) your email for receipts.

3.2 App preferences (on-device only)

Your favourite wallpapers and downloaded library
Language preference and theme settings
Last-viewed deity category

This information is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers.

3.3 Anonymous analytics

To understand which deities and festival collections devotees engage with most, we collect anonymised, non-identifiable usage data via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics. This data contains no personal information and cannot be linked back to you. You can opt out by emailing support@kiranaapps.com.

4. Android Permissions

Storage / Photos & Media: required to save downloaded wallpapers to your device gallery and to set them as wallpaper.
Internet: required to download new wallpapers from our library and to enable WhatsApp sharing of selected wallpapers.
Set wallpaper: required to apply a chosen wallpaper to your home screen or lock screen.

You can revoke any permission via Android Settings → Apps → Sangam → Permissions. Revoking Storage will stop new downloads; previously downloaded wallpapers stay available.

5. Data Storage & Security

All your preferences, favourites, and downloaded wallpapers stay on your device
Subscription account data (if any) is stored on Google Firebase with enterprise-grade encryption
All data in transit is protected with HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers

6. Third-Party Services

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google): anonymous usage statistics and crash diagnostics — policy
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): push notifications for new wallpaper drops and festival collection releases
Razorpay: subscription payment processing — we receive only subscription confirmation, not your payment credentials — policy

7. Your Rights

You can clear all downloaded wallpapers and app preferences any time via Settings → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your UPI AutoPay app or by emailing support@kiranaapps.com
You can request deletion of your subscription account at our Delete Account page
You can opt out of anonymous analytics by emailing support

8. Children's Privacy

Sangam is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Sangam after changes means you accept the updated policy. The latest version is always available at https://kiranaapps.com/sangam/privacy-policy.html.
