Sangam — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sangam app ("the App") published by Kirana Business Apps, a brand of LNPK Business Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sangam provides a curated library of Hindu God wallpapers for personal devotional use. Wallpapers include single-deity images, festival-themed collections, and daily new artwork drops.

2. Subscription

Monthly plan: ₹199 per month
The subscription auto-renews monthly via UPI AutoPay until you cancel
There is no free tier
Payments are processed by Razorpay and applicable Indian GST is included

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your UPI AutoPay app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) or by emailing support@kiranaapps.com. Access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. Detailed refund eligibility is in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

The wallpapers are licensed to you for personal use on your own devices. You agree not to:

Redistribute or resell wallpapers to third parties
Use wallpapers for commercial purposes (advertising, merchandise, etc.) without our written permission
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the wallpaper library
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, artwork, the Sangam name, design, code, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to LNPK Business Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and Discontinuation

We may release updates that add or change features. We may also choose to discontinue the App at any time. We are not required to maintain the App indefinitely.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
