How much does Staffbook cost?
Staffbook is available on a single monthly plan: ₹199 / month, which unlocks unlimited staff, tasks, expenses, advances and report exports. The subscription auto-renews each month via UPI AutoPay until you cancel. There is no free tier.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from inside the app or directly via your UPI AutoPay app at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid month. Refer to our Refund Policy for the formal terms.
Is my data safe with Staffbook?
Yes. Your attendance, employee, expense and advance records are encrypted at rest on our secure Firebase infrastructure, and all data in transit is protected by HTTPS / TLS. We never sell or share your data with advertisers or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who is Staffbook for?
Staffbook is built for Indian shopkeepers and small business owners who manage a team — kirana stores, restaurants, salons, clinics, pharmacies, workshops, small offices, delivery teams, and construction sites. Anyone who has been tracking attendance and advances on a paper register will feel right at home.
