LNPK Business Private Limited ("we", "our", "us") operates the Staffbook mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you when you use Staffbook.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up for Staffbook we collect your name, mobile number, email address, business name, and (optionally) your business address. We use this to set up your account and provide customer support.

Employee & team data

When you add employees to Staffbook we collect data you choose to enter — including employee names, phone numbers, photos, salary, joining date, and attendance records. This data is stored under your business account and is not shared with other Staffbook customers.

Operational data

Tasks, expenses, and advance entries that you log inside the App are stored as part of your business records and are visible only to you and the team members you grant access to.

Device and usage data

We automatically collect basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, language) and anonymous usage data (which screens you visit, crash logs) so we can keep the App stable and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and operate your Staffbook account
• To save and sync your attendance, task, expense, advance, and employee records
• To generate monthly reports and exports
• To process subscription payments through UPI AutoPay
• To respond to support enquiries and notify you of important changes
• To improve the App and fix crashes

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised LNPK personnel. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that for legal and accounting purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or your employees' data to any third party. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, payment gateway) strictly to operate the App
• Authorities if required to do so by valid Indian law (court order, subpoena, regulatory request)
• You — through reports, exports, and screens inside the App

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access or correct your account information from inside the App
• Export your data as PDF or Excel
• Delete an employee record, task, expense, or advance entry
• Request deletion of your entire Staffbook account by emailing support@kiranaapps.com or via our Delete Account page

6. Children

Staffbook is a business tool and is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the App or by email. Continued use of Staffbook after the changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
