Refund Policy

We want every Staffbook customer to feel confident about their subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for the Staffbook monthly subscription.
1. Subscription Model
Staffbook is a monthly subscription priced at ₹199 per month. Each charge gives you 30 days of access to the App and all included features. The subscription auto-renews until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your Staffbook subscription at any time:
- From inside the Staffbook app (Settings → Subscription → Cancel)
- Directly from your UPI AutoPay app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
- By emailing support@kiranaapps.com with your registered mobile number
Cancellation stops the next monthly charge. Your existing month of access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because Staffbook is a low-cost monthly subscription, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has started. We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge — your account was charged twice in the same billing cycle for the same subscription.
- Service outage — Staffbook was demonstrably unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing cycle due to an issue at our end.
- Accidental subscription — you contact us within 48 hours of the very first charge and have not made significant use of the App.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@kiranaapps.com from the email address tied to your Staffbook account with:
- Your registered mobile number
- The UPI transaction ID or payment reference
- A short note describing the reason for the refund
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. What Is Not Refundable
- Partially used months after the cancellation date
- Charges incurred before you contacted us about a cancellation request
- Charges where the user simply forgot to cancel an unwanted auto-renewal more than 48 hours after the latest charge
